Refund Policy

We cover the costs of returns and exchanges in the following cases:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect.
• If there is an error in the shipment sent by us.
• If the shipment is damaged during transportation to customers.

The return or exchange request must be submitted within the first 3 days of receiving the order.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the customer receives the shipment. During holidays, the return period may be affected due to circumstances related to shipping companies.

The original invoice or its invoice number is required to benefit from the warranty, if the product comes with a warranty card.
